Dave Dacosta has been in construction since 2005. His passion for the industry and entrepreneurial spirit can be seen in the projects he does and the businesses he runs.   He and his wife Thalia and their three kids enjoy spending time on Okanagan Lake in the summer and at Big White in the winter.  They are proud local Okanagan supporters of kids sports and local charities.

Dan Weiss brings over 35 years of business experience spanning real estate, development, property management, manufacturing, financial services, medical clinics, and a private surgical facility. He has been married to Jodi for 32 years and has three adult children, two of whom work with him in the business ventures. Dan enjoys sports, music, and creating new opportunities in collaboration with great people.
